About Lisa Mastin - Her Background
Lisa was born and raised in Brockville in a large family with 5 siblings (maiden name Roberts) and apart from her time at Queen's University earning her Commerce degree, she has lived in Brockville her whole life. Lisa knows Brockville well!
Before becoming a REALTOR®, Lisa utilized her education in the manufacturing industry for 17 years working in budgets & forecasts/cost accounting/analysis for Nortel/Sanmina SCI and Dupont/Invista. Alongside working full time, to fulfill her passion of entrepreneurship, marketing, people, sales & service Lisa successfully ran a home based business part-time. But in 2010, Lisa decided to pursue her passion into a full time career and became a licensed REALTOR® and has never looked back!

Since Lisa's first full year as a REALTOR® her goal has remained to be in the top of 5 in her brokerage among other top producers. After hard work and commitment to her clients, Lisa has consistently surpassed her goals each and every year. In 2022, it was a transition year in Lisa's business when she chose to leave Royal LePage and join a newly created local community brokerage called Modern Brock Group Realty Ltd. which is an independently owned and operated brokerage. Lisa's services to clients have not changed nor has her success serving her clients with this move. When at Royal LePage, Lisa achieved the Diamond Award for 8 straight years achieving the top 3% of Royal LePage. In the 5 years prior to that she earned the Director's Platinum Award for top 5%. Working independently and achieving this success is something Lisa is quite proud of and her love of real estate and helping people is evident.

In addition, 30 of the photos are transferred to the realtor system and public MLS listing system so EVERYONE (buyers and realtors) can easily learn all about your home.
When helping buyers, Lisa diligently searches the housing inventory to help you find the perfect home that fits your needs. Lisa also researches past sales and market data to ensure you are making a good decision and offer. House hunting is a process and she is happy to guide you through it step by step answering any questions you many have.
